Dealspotr moderation is a real crap

The moderation team by Dealspotr is real rubbish. On this occasion Leng Leng has lowered me 2 level points for an offer that is clearly BOGO, it clearly says it in the capture below in the link. I have written to him and he never responded. The offer is this >> https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-buy-3-get-1-40-off-your-order-at-kuponmen-site-wide
On the other hand, this person named Ashly Manrique uploaded a code to a page called ''DOBELL '' which uploaded a code ''PAYDAY'' when that offer never exists since the real code is ''PAYDAY30'' and there it continues the active offer. >> https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-get-30-off-on-all-overcoats-at-dobell

As well as there are many bad offers and they are still active. The Dealspotr moderation team is definitely useless. They never respond, lower score levels without any sense and never do anything.

How In recent weeks the moderators have a terrible job. Penalties are made randomly and are generally mistakes made when editing. There is no quick response to unfair penalties. There are no apparent penalties for users who are working very badly in the community. There are parameters that are overlooked with other users and with the most active are penalized without reason. I was penalized for a printable copun and I still await an answer. The penalties are now 3 or 4 levels of score. More and more there is a void of answers. Soon I will be publishing user tests that make fun of the Dealspotr rules. I hope these claims are taken into account by Jimmy Doheny or Lauren Nelson

@yilcaryc

Daniel Star This is very true. I see workers who modify screenshots to their liking, and also how many place expiration dates with a very high time and those people who work badly in this community are never claiming anything that means they get paid regardless The bad work they do but to users who are constant and follow all the community rules to a minimum is penalized in the punctuation and does not receive an immediate response when they make the real claim that @jimmyd and @LaurenN are expected to do aldo about

@jimmyd
Jimmy Doheny

Daniel Star Can you please share some examples of deals you feel were unfairly penalized? If there are any mistakes made by the mdoeration team, we always work to quickly fix them. However, I would need to see some examples.

Additionally, the 4 point penalty is just for the incorrect useage of "Sitewide" label. We communicated this to the community in advance of making this change so that users were not surprised.

yilcary cordero Can you share some examples of users modifying screenshots and incorrectly using expiration dates? I'm happy to take a look and make any necessary penalties.

@STARSPD
Daniel Star

Jimmy Doheny In private messages I have sent several examples of users who work that way! I leave here, in public, many examples of users who apparently manage to outwit the moderators system

@STARSPD
Daniel Star

Jimmy Doheny I think they should have a relation for each reactivation a certain amount of new codes. This encourages users to search for new codes and not just reactivate. One proposal I make is that the reactivations become like what was done with personal or referal codes. The codes of a single use should not be reativated, and if they are, then give 0 points as in the case of the referal code.

@STARSPD

Jimmy Doheny Here's some examples:

Just reactive and add offers without coupon.

Daniel Star Thank you for sending these examples, I'm having moderation take a closer look. They always review the examples you've sent in the past (and appropriately penalize any errors), which is why I wanted you to send me a new batch of examples.

@jimmyd
Jimmy Doheny

Daniel Star Users who only do reactivations get penalized by the quality team. Those users get a warning and are not able to receive a gift card until they have changed their behavior.

@BestPrice
@BestPrice

Daniel Star Actually it's pretty simple, if you found some deals currently labeled as active but no longer working, just invalidate them and you can earn points.

@STARSPD
Daniel Star

Jimmy Doheny this is some examples but all this users make more of that kind of self create offers. One of them even appears in last week leader board. This is not errors, they make all this on porpoise. I think this should be enough to close this accounts.

@STARSPD
Daniel Star

@instadealz94 I have done it and I don't know how effective it is, I say it because I have invalidated up to 5 publications and they are still active on the page. If each penalty means 4 levels less, then do these users who work every day make at least 20 publications of this type, or is it that those users are level 120?

@jimmyd
Jimmy Doheny

How I'm sorry to hear that you have had some issues. Some feedback on those two deals:

1) Kuponmen deal: the title you used was not the best title for the deal since it's a tiered deal it's best to use a title such as "Save up to 40% off"

2) The deal for DOBELL was rejected by moderation and that user was penalized.

@STARSPD
Daniel Star

Jimmy Doheny That change was not announced. I think the users who work the most should be notified of these drastic changes. I did not know that the offers "Get 10% Off On orders Over $ 50, Get 15% Off On Orders Over $ 129" if they appear together must be with a single title.

@Xsent
@Xsent

Jimmy Doheny

The offer is clearly BOGO. In other words, those 3 offers must be placed as one? Before making those changes they must notify previously. Since Daniel has put the tests of the people who work badly on the page, they should watch those people.
