Linda Sepulveda Yibrail Malach Usually, a lower accuracy score comes from a deal/validation of yours being deemed as invalid by our site moderators. This can include anything from grammatical errors, to including affiliate links, to posting an incorrect screenshot.

You should be able to see the reason for your decrease in accuracy score by going to "All Notifications," here: https://dealspotr.com/dashboard?view=all
@sepulveda

Emily Helwig Hello! Thanks for replying, I already see in my notifications the posts that are lowering the score, is there any way I can delete them?

@emily_

Linda Sepulveda Once your score is lowered for a specific deal, it won't be lowered again for that same deal. So you won't have to delete them. What you can do is invalidate the deal, or edit it to make sure it's correct/adherent to our deal posting guidelines.

@chaconale

Emily Helwig Hi Emily Hello emily was reviewing the information that came to me about a post that invalidated me, in capture it describes what the problem is, but by checking the offer I make, I can not find the affiliate link that was supposedly added

@emily_

Alejandro Chacon Hi. The link under "Direct URL to product deal" is an affiliate link - if you click on it, you can see that the URL even has the word affiliate in it. Hope this helps!!

@emily_

Anthony I'm not sure about that one - I can't see an issue. David maybe a second set of eyes might help?

@DavidWorks

Hi Anthony, thank you for checking in with us. I'll look into it and let you know by tomorrow! Please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions.

David Lao Hi David, do you have any news about the issues in my case? I am very curious to know more about it.

I am grateful to you for your help.

@DavidWorks

Anthony Hi Anthony! Your validation was originally flagged for an issue with the Title and Expiration Date. Please let me know if I can help with any additional questions. Have a great weekend!

@AnthonyDP
Anthony

David Lao Hi thanks, but I want to know more in details, what's problem with my title?

As for Expiration Date, I am pretty sure I put it as the same expiry date in promotion email I received.

@Wirk79

David Lao

My mistakes are these "Information about your deal was entered incorrectly or omitted" but I could not find the missing information, help !!!

@DavidWorks
David Lao

Anthony Hi Anthony, it is because the Title did not have the Merchants Name associated with the deal on it.

@DavidWorks
David Lao

Wirk Alex Brown Smith Hi Wirk, thank you for connecting with us. Typically, when that notification happens, it means that portions of your deal was incorrect or missing, e.g. expiration dates, actual discount, requirements to achieve the deal and etcetera. We are currently in the process of creating more detailed explainations for our users. Please stay tuned and thank you for your support!

@emily_

Anthony David Lao I couldn't see anything wrong with this deal - we'll have another set of eyes check it out and get back to you!

@danielcb

Emily Helwig Greetings Emily,

I have a similar problem, my accuracy went from 31 to 29 (setting the daily limit again) as my validation for this deal https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-dt6 was flagged but I don't see exactly why it was, can you tell me what happened?

Thank you.

Emily Helwig Hi,

This deal: https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-50-off-sitewide-at-del-sol67j were listed as "Problem with your deal title", that's true but it's not my fault, someone edited the deal title and added this part" plus free nail polish with every order" without any capitalization. My accuracy score may have been affected, then why I have to pay the bill for someone else's mistake ?!

Thanks.

@DavidWorks
David Lao

Anthony Emily Helwig - Hi Anthony, I just reviewed the deal and you are correct it works! I can not find anything wrong with the deal myself, but perhaps it was not working when originally validated, or perhaps a mistake occurred (it happens with the best of us). I went ahead and adjusted your points and also adjusted the health on the deal. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, we truly appreciate your help!

@AnthonyDP

David Lao Hi David, yes it does help me so much.

I have some concerns about other deals like this one, too.

1. This deal https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-rs-300-off-on-your-order-over-rs-1200-at-first-cry were listed as "Problem with your screenshot"; http://prntscr.com/empm01

I want to know what's the problem with the screenshot. I can see in clearly way the name of the store, the promo code and what was the deal offering.

2. This deal: https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-free-shipping-on-any-order-at-miles-kimballpn3 were listed as "Information about your deal was entered incorrectly or omitted";
http://prntscr.com/empo57

What's information I was missing for this deal ?!

3. This deal: https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-20-off-sitewide-at-eskincarestore48i were listed as "Problem with your screenshot" : http://prntscr.com/empi0f

Since I did not upload any screenshot and it's free for us to upload a screenshot or not, it's meaningless to invalidate this deal.

Thank you so much.

@danielcb Hi Daniel, thank you for bringing this to our attention - I reviewed the post and it seems as though there was a slight bug, we notated the issue and will keep an eye on it; also, I updated your accuracy score. Thank you for your support!

@DavidWorks
David Lao

Amy West - Hi Amy, thank you for reaching out. I reviewed the post and it was moderated because the original title did not include the portion regarding the free nail polish with every order. We are still working on some aspects of our flow to ensure instances such as this can be clarified better. Thank you for your support and patience.

Anthony - Hi Anthony, please see my answers listed below in italics and bolded:

1. This deal https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-rs-300-off-on-your-order-over-rs-1200-at-first-cry were listed as "Problem with your screenshot"; http://prntscr.com/empm01

Will get back to you and let you know asap

2. This deal: https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-free-shipping-on-any-order-at-miles-kimballpn3 were listed as "Information about your deal was entered incorrectly or omitted"; http://prntscr.com/empo57

This deal was invalidated because shipping had a cost ($2.99) and was not free as title implied.

3. This deal: https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-20-off-sitewide-at-eskincarestore48i were listed as "Problem with your screenshot" : http://prntscr.com/empi0f

I agree - this deal will be adjusted.

Thank you for the update and please feel free to reach me if you have any additional questions!

David Lao Hi David,

Ok then it should be listed as "Information about your deal was entered incorrectly or omitted", I think.

These 2 deals:

https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-15-off-on-any-order-up-to-75-at-adams-toy-box https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-10-off-on-your-order-over-40-at-hihealth

Was listed as" Information about your deal was entered incorrectly or omitted"

http://prntscr.com/en80omhttp://prntscr.com/en80wi

I would like to know the infor I missed here.

Thank you very much.

@DavidWorks
David Lao
Amy West Hi Amy, the first one (https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-15-off-on-any-order-up-to-75-at-adams-toy-box) I think was a moderation error, and I will get that adjusted for you right now. The second deal (https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-10-off-on-your-order-over-40-at-hihealth) had an error with the deal information on that it did not state that the deal requires at least a $100 purchase for the discount. We are glat to help anytime, feel always welcome to message us.
@lrojasboy

David Lao Hello David, i have a question. I get an invalidation in this deal, cause the deal should be disclosed as "single use code". But, when you validate any deal, theres no button to change it to "single use code" except if you use the "incorrect information" button. And the majority of the cases, the one who create the deal, put those information, and it should be "correct", and I think it's not really my fault.

@DavidWorks
David Lao

Luis Enrique Rojas Moya Hi Luis, could you do me a favor and provide the link to the code for me? Additionally, I want to thank you for your suggestions, we are currently taking process flows like this in consideration for future updates.

@theRsaving

David Lao Thank you so much for your input.

This deal https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-10-off-sitewide-at-onecklaceovn were listed as "

It is a duplicate deal; a similar deal is already listed". That's correct, these 2 deals posted for the same code "Spring10"

https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-10-off-sitewide-at-onecklaceuir
https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-10-off-sitewide-at-onecklaceovn?

When I submitted this code and when I pressed on "Submit validation", I got this message in red "system error!", Like this:

I pressed on "Submit validation" once again then bump, 2 deals had been posted.

It's impossible to post 2 different deals for the same promo code as far as I know, so please look in to this it might be a glitch.

What can I do to prevent this from happening again?! My accuracy score got reduced because of this, like I am cheating the system or something..

Same thing happened to these deals:

https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-40-off-on-your-order-over-175-free-shipping-at-david
https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-40-off-on-your-order-over-175-free-shipping-at-davidxgv

Another day when I tried to get on the profile page I got this "page not found", what's the problem is that?!

Thank you again for your help.

@emily_

Amy West Hi - your accuracy score would not have gone down due to a system error. So you are all set there. I've reported this bug to our team! Thank you :)

David Lao Hi David,

I have some doubts today for my deal which were invalidated.

1. This deal https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-free-gift-on-100-order-at-darphin was listed as " Problem with your screenshot ", but I did not upload any screenshot for this deal..
http://prntscr.com/eo0byg
2. This deal https://dealspotr.com/deal/-ds-buy-one-get-one-75-off-at-woman-within was listed as" An affiliate link was included with your deal ", but I only updated expiration date, title and manufacturer, it's impossible to include any affiliate link in anyway, you can see:
