I need a answer about this...

Why am I getting a invalidation on all of this deals? I need a answer more explicit, cuz all I got is that I have "Problems with my screenshots" and that is not a real answer. You guys need to work on how to explain why you give people a invalidation with more details.


Improve that (and many, many other things) and then, we don't need to reach out to the staff for a more explicit answer on the forum, (which is very annoying, btw).

EXPLANATION!!! If u still considerate yourselves a "company" (which I don't think u r anymore, clearly), DO somenthing about it, responsable, oc. DO somenthing more than CLOSED account without a explanation, as usual. I just got 30 points down from my score (which is now almost IMPOSSIBLE to get it up, but get it down is even more easy, just do somenting good and than your score goes to hell) and 10.000 points away WITHOUT a real and concrete explanation, with PROOFS., more than a *** robot or boot telling us that we "have problemas with XXXX thing". NO!!!!


IMPROVE the explanation of every invalidation that you give to anyone and make it work, cuz all you DO is nothing. Asking us always to "WAIT" for everything, asking "patience" and all bunch of other ridiculous things. Is been over 3 years since I'm on this thing and its been the same, ALWAYS with problem, excuses, and bla, bla, bla.

Additionally, those deals you called out direct me to spammy sites that don't even let you explore the store/add codes. I imagine this is part of the reason these deals were rejected. Where did you find these stores? They have not even been approved by Dealspotr.

Jimmy Doheny Not my intention to reach out, believe me. I need a solution about this ridiculous lack of information on your team (also the "team" is useless. You're the only one that do something, most of the times. They don't even "work"). We as users NEED more explicit explination about why we get a invalidation. Looks like we're getting responses from machines or robots. I'm not surprised by that (at all), but is still very annoying and not to mention, rude.

Ibraim P. Really this '' Company '' if you can call it that even as you say, your average work has been lowered so much, because of the changes that have no logic whatsoever, we have tried to mold these changes but each time they have less benefits for this team of work, totally pathetic this.


We try to understand it, and we understand that there have been failures, but this problem does not take much time, but also the nonsense penalties, like the low score that it gives us among others. Again a delay in payments.

Delvalle Carvajal We haven't made any big changes to the points system, but please share some insight into these changes and I'm happy to help. Anytime there is a change, we will make an announcement in the forums.


Anytime there is a penalty assigned, the team sends a message along with it to help you avoid making that mistake in the future. If you feel there are specific penalties that are incorrect, please send them to me and I can take a closer look.
