Problem with Gift Card Claiming

Jimmy Doheny I've received this message a few minutes ago:

The Dealspotr team sent you a message: "Thank you for participating in Dealspotr. We reviewed your recent activity, and unfortunately we have not seen a sufficiently large change in your activity from the moment you redeemed your last gift card so far. Please continue improving your bidding activity and try to redeem your gift card after producing at least 100 validations.

I have almost a month trying to claim a $60 gift card, and every single week i receive a message telling me i'm not qualified to receive a reward for my effort. I do my best looking for the best offers and deals for this page, but system says it's not enough. Can someone explain me why this type of situations happens?
