Problem with my accuracy score

I have the following problem and that is that I have unfairly dropped points of accuracy, I have done many validations, yesterday evening I checked my account and I had uploaded the accuracy score to "12" then I checked my account 2 hours later and they lowered me to "10" and today in the morning when I check again my accuracy score I see that they have lowered me to "3" and it seems to me that it is unfair since I have only validated, I have not posted deals or promo codes, I would like them to return my score or at least tell me what was my mistake to get the score down

Jusepe Tabera Hello! The reasons for point deductions can be found alongside the penalty notification. You can find this by clicking "All Notifications" on your profile. In your case, it seems you are having issues with formatting your tips. Remember to keep the information clear and concise, try to avoid typos and misspellings.

Well the truth seems very unfair to me the amount of points that have lowered me, I always try that the spelling is correct, I always put, points, commas and even specific very well as validate the agreements, it really seems very unfair to me that Level 12 I have been down to level 3, I would like to be reassigned to my previous level. Since I think I have done my job very well and this happened due to a malfunction of the administration

@toriadavid

Jusepe Tabera I unsderstand, I took a look at the tips that were flagged and I can see what the issue is. This is an example of one of your flagged tips: "I am validating this agreement, it works as described, go to the store page, choose any product, add it to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout and in the box that is on the right side of the screen you can enter the code discount and enjoy this wonderful offer."

As you can see there is an issue with formatting and you've added promotional language which is unnecessary. Next time try something along the lines of "Enter the promo code during the checkout process to receive this discount. There may be some exclusions that apply to this deal.”

@Juse1

Victoria David Now you have confused me, in the corrections that appear in the notifications, they clearly tell me to be more specific when validating and now what you want to say is that it is more direct and shortens the purchase specifications? I think that this is why it was an error of the administration to have downloaded a number of points so abruptly, because one tells me to be more specific with the validations and you tell me to be more concrete and direct or in synthesis that reduce the amount of information that I put in my validations

@Juse1

zhangy Yes, surely it must be a frequent problem due to bad administration, and the worst of the case is that they do not give an accurate answer, some say something and others say something else, it has seemed very unfair and a total loss of time
