What's the best way to save money on your health and fitness goals?

Rena Gardana Get a buddy! I just started a "diet" (i've still be eating chocolate lol) and meal-prepping with a freind is more fun, and you definitely waste less food than just cooking for yourself.


And as David Lao says, you'll have someone to complain about dieting with :)

Rena Gardana Well... My husband has been running for awhile. I've desperately wanted to go to a gym, bc I love weight lifting. However, running is free... So I joined him. :)
